PRODUCT STRATEGY

SCALING HIGH-IMPACT ADS 

As AVP of the Creative Innovation Team at Sizmek, an advertising management platform, I led a team in implementing an advanced ad infrastructure. Our solution empowered advertisers to distribute premium formats across hundreds of publishers seamlessly and enabled a high-impact private programmatic marketplace.

LIQUID framework is an internal tool that facilitates customized format settings across hundreds of domains to ensure the ad is displayed exactly how the publisher wants.

1 Test format through publisher direct and programmatic trafficking process 

2 Sizmek creates custom scripts to ensure the format loads perfectly across publishers’ domains and channels 

 

3 Sizmek adds custom publisher scripts to the Liquid Domain Configuration platform.   

LIQUID determines the domain at ad run time and returns only the scripts assigned to that domain to ensure the ad loads perfectly across publishers.

GLOBAL SALES ALIGNMENT

As the AVP of Creative Strategy at Sizmek, I collaborated with the Global Accounts leadership team to develop a global strategy for local sales activation that led to new business acquisitions and revenue growth for brands such as Nestlé and Jaguar Land Rover. Our approach facilitated strategic conversations showcasing actionable applications for products spanning data management, measurement, dynamic creative, and media activation, emphasizing the value of advanced ad tech solutions.
